Looking for a QTS OR Qualified Nursery Practitioner WEST LONDON

This well established residential nursery setting based in West London are offering a QTS or Qualified Nursery Practitioner role, 40 hours per week, all year round, with shifts covering 730-430/805/9-6pm, changing weekly. Also open to 2/3 full days per week working 730am-630pm (please ask on application).

Plenty of room for progression and movement with other nurseries in the London postcode areas.

** You MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or a QTS qualification to apply**

Easily commutable by bus from Hammersmith, Fulham, Holland Park, Chiswick, Ladbroke Grove, Kensal Green and all surrounding areas.

You must have solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and a passion for a childcare career to apply for this role, as well as the relevant qualifications.

Salaries ranging from £28,300k pa to £29,400K pa, depending upon role, qualifications, experience. Flexible with age group experience currently.

Skills required for QTS or Qualified Nursery Practitioner role include :

• A QTS qualification OR a full and relevant NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent LV3 Diploma qualification in the UK or higher
• Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
• Be able to work as part a team
• Solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, safeguarding and Health and Safety
• Experience working in a nursery or school setting
• Commutable via public transport (bus, trains)
• Clear DBS on update service or enhanced

Role Responsibilities for the QTS OR Qualified Nursery Practitioner include:

• Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
• Live within a 30-45 minute commute daily
• Have experience of leading a team in a nursery/school setting with baby/toddler/preschool age groups
• Build relationships with children and their families
• Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
