Megalo Recruit is looking for a L3 + qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a TERM TIME ONLY nursery setting in Camden, North West London paying £24,000pa (salary will be pro-rated to 38 weeks per year plus holidays).
Job Specification for Qualified Nursery Room Leader:
- Nursery Practitioners MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- 30 hours per week, 5 days a week over 38 weeks
- Room 2-3s
Skills required for Qualified Nursery Room Leader:
- Qualified nursery practitioners must hold a full and relevant NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent early years LV3 Diploma qualification in the UK or QTS Status
- Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
- Be able to work as part a team
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Experience working in a nursery or school setting
- Commutable via public transport (bus, trains)
- Clear DBS on update service and enhanced

Role Responsibilities for Nursery Room Leader include:
- Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
- Live within a 30-45 minute commute daily
- Have experience of working with a team in a nursery/school setting
- Build relationships with children and their families
- Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
