We are recruiting for a qualified Nursery Room Leader in the TW11 postcode area of Middlesex, who has a passion for working in an Early Years setting, with children aged 0-5 years old.
The Nursery Room Leader must hold a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in the UK.
Salary is £30,000 pa depending upon experience, knowledge and qualifications.

Job Specification for a Nursery Room Leader to include:
- Full time hours, working Monday to Friday, ideally 8am until 6pm all year round
- The successful candidate must be a strong team player and have previous room leader experience
- Easily accessible by public transport from Teddington train station
Nursery RoomLeader Role Responsibilities:

Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery
- Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers
- Working as part of a friendly team with room leader experience with any age group
- Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures
Personal Specification:
- Qualifications: Qualified Level 3+ – NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Room Leader experience essential

Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety
- Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities

Experience: Previous experience working with 3-5-year-old children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting
