Opportunity for a Qualified Nursery Room Leader
Megalo Recruit is looking for qualified level 3 or above Nursery Room Leader to join a nursery in Bushey, Hertfordshire. Salary £29,000pa.
Job Specification for Nursery Room Leader:
- Salary £29,000pa depending upon experience
- Baby Room
- You MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- 40 hours per week
Skills required for Nursery Room Leader:
- Full and relevant NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent LV3 early years qualification or QTS Status
- Experience working with Early Years age group
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Clear DBS on update service and enhanced
- Passionate about nurturing young children and their development
- A great communicator and a team player

Role Responsibilities include:
- Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
- Live within a 30-45 minute commute daily
- Have experience of leading a team in a nursery/school setting with baby/toddler/preschool age groups
- Build relationships with children and their families
- Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
