Join The Team as a Nursery Practitioner Level 3
We are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, in the North West London postcode area, to work either with 2-3s or babies age group. You’ll be joining an established and welcoming team with other qualified Nursery Practitioners. The nursery has a strong ethos which centres on an individualised child-first approach. The nursery is committed to holistic approach to education, combining care and sustainability.
Excellent working hours, which include working Monday to Thursday, with a short day off on Fridays (12pm /2pm finishes). 40 hours per week, with a paid lunch. This is an all year round nursery, but has lots of bank holiday and other holiday days off, which add up to 45 annual holiday days per year!
You will need to have previous experience of working within a nursery and being a Key Worker, LV3 qualified.
**£500 signing up bonus once probation completed**
Salary: from £25,700K to £27,500 per annum, depending upon qualification, knowledge and experience.

Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Role Responsibilities:

Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery.
- Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers.
- Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures.
Person Specification:
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. NVQ Level 3) or above. QTS will also be considered.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety.
- Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities.

Experience: Working with babies and toddler aged children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting.

Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 pa, depending upon position, qualifications, knowledge, and experience in a nursery setting.
