Opportunity for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Megalo Recruit is looking for qualified level 3 or above Nursery Practitioner to join a great nursery in Islington, North London. Salary from £27,500pa.
Job Specification for Nursery Practitioner:
- Baby room
- MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- Must have valid full paediatric first aid
- Clear DBS on update service and enhanced
- 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Skills required for Nursery Practitioner:
- Nursery Educator must have full and relevant NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent level 3 early years qualification or QTS Status
- Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
- Be able to work as part a team
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Experience working in a nursery or school setting

Role Responsibilities include:
- Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
- Have experience of working in a team in a nursery/school setting with baby/toddler/preschool age groups
- Build relationships with children and their families
- Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
