Megalo Recruit are looking to help recruit a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for this well established Group in the High Wycombe postcode area.
Outstanding setting, with 3 buildings, each one dedicated to babies, toddlers and preschool, in very close proximity to each other, either purpose built or newly renovated.
Job specification for this role Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner includes:
- Plenty of free car parking on site, and a short walk from the local train station too, makes this commute very easy.
- Personal Development is very important to this Owner, and so plenty of training and progression available.
- Looking for a Qualified Nursery Nurse who is passionate, and loves children to join their team!
- Hours are 40 hours per week, over 4 long days (10 hour days), 8am until 6pm, with 1 hour paid lunch.
- Salary is circa £12.50 per hour/Up to £26,000 pa, but can be slightly flexible depending upon knowledge and experience.
Personal Specification:
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment
- Outdoor based with children aged 0-5 years old
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety
- Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities
- Experience: Working with 0-5-year-old children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting
