We are recruiting for a Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire paying £29,000 to £30,000pa to be part of a nursery committed to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. You’ll be joining an established and welcoming new team with other qualified Nursery Practitioners. The nursery has a strong ethos which centres on an individualised child-first approach. The nursery is committed to holistic approach to education, combining care and sustainability.
Job Specification for Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to include:
- Full Time hours working a 40 hour week, all year round, on a shift pattern covering 730am until 6pm
- Easily accessible via public transport and by car
- Free car parking on site and nearby
Nursery Practitioner Role Responsibilities:

Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery.
- Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers.
- Working as part of a team
- Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures.
Person Specification:
- Qualifications: Qualified Level 3+ NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety.
- Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities.

Experience: Working with in a nursery, pre-school or school setting.
