Job Specification for Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to include:

Full Time hours working a 40 hour week, all year round, on a shift pattern covering 730am until 6pm
Easily accessible via public transport and by car
Free car parking on site and nearby (5 minute walk)

Nursery Practitioner Role Responsibilities:

Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery.
Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers.
Working as part of a team
Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures.

Person Specification:

Qualifications: Qualified Level 2+ – NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety.
Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities.
Experience: Working with 2-3-year-old children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting.
