Opportunity for a L2/L3 Nursery Practitioner, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
Megalo Recruit is looking for a L2 + qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join a small nursery setting in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Pays up to £26,000 pa with a list of benefits including 35 days holiday a year. Must be a driver due to location not easily accessible via public transport.
Job Specification for Qualified Nursery Practitioner:
- Salary to £26,000 pa
- Nursery Practitioners MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 2 or above
- 40 hours per week
- Room to be decided
Skills required for Qualified Nursery Practitioner:
- Qualified nursery educators must hold a full and relevant NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent early years LV2 Diploma qualification in the UK or QTS Status
- Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
- Be able to work as part a team
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Experience working in a nursery or school setting
- Driver is essential due to location
- Clear DBS on update service and enhanced

Role Responsibilities for Nursery Practitioner include:
- Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
- Live within a 30-45 minute commute daily
- Have experience of working with a team in a nursery/school setting
- Build relationships with children and their families
- Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
