We are recruiting for a solid, experienced, Level 3 Nursery Nurse in the North London postcode area, who has a passion for working with children aged 0-5 years old. Toddler or Preschool experience essential.

Job Specification for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to include:

  • Full Time hours working a 40 hour week, all year round, 5 days per week, on a shift pattern, covering 7.30am until 630pm (changed weekly)
  • Toddler/Preschool experience essential
  • Easily accessible by public transport from North London and surrounding areas – good bus and train links, 10 minute walk from train station
  • Experience of working in a nursery/school setting previously as Nursery Nurse

Nursery Nurse Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery
  • Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers
  • Working as part of a small and friendly team
  • Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures

Personal Specification:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Level 2+ – NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety
  • Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities
  • Experience: Working with preschool age group in a nursery, pre-school or school setting

Excellent salary offered up to £29,000 pa, depending upon qualifications, knowledge, and experience in an Early Years setting.
