ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NURSERY MANAGER TERM TIME ONLY ROLE?
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager TERM TIME ONLY to oversee the daily operations of our small preschool. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both children and staff.
Located in Virginia Water, Surrey postcode area, with free car parking and easily commutable by bus.
Salary circa £20,000 pa, depending upon knowledge and experience working as a previous Nursery Manager or Nursery Deputy Manager in a small preschool setting or similar.
Hours are: Monday to Friday, working TERM TIME ONLY, from 830am until 3.15pm.
Responsibilities for this Nursery Manager TERM TIME ONLY:
– Manage the day-to-day activities of the nursery
– Provide leadership and guidance to nursery staff
– Develop and implement educational programmes for children
– Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children
– Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress
– Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations
Requirements for this Nursery Manager TERM TIME ONLY:
– Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education as Manager or Deputy Manager preferred; training for management can also be considered if stepping up for the first time
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Proficiency in English is essential

Skills required to apply for this role :-
- You must have a NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
- Previous proven Manager/Deputy Manager experience of working in a nursery setting in UK is preferred
- Experience of leading /managing a team of practitioners
