Opportunity for a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager. 

Megalo Recruit is looking for qualified level 3 or above Nursery Manager in North London Salary £48,000pa plus bonuses.

Job Specification for Nursery Manager:

• Overall responsibility of a medium sized Ofsted Good setting
• 40 hours per week
• Observe the management and staff team across baby/toddler/preschool age groups
• Ensure all planning for children follows EYFS curriculum
• Build relationships with children and their families and outside agencies
• Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures

Skills required for Nursery Manager:

• Experienced as a Nursery Manager of a medium setting or experienced Deputy Nursery Manager of a large nursery setting
• Must be managing an Ofsted Good or Outstanding setting
• Hold a full and relevant early years qualification L3 or above
• Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
• Be able to lead and work as part a team
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
