Megalo Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced, dedicated, Nursery Manager with experience of working as a Manager for at least 3+ years in the Early Years Sector, as well as a solid background of managerial experience, and solid Senior Leadership.

Gorgeous nursery located within the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border, situated within walking distance of the train station and town centre.

You will work 5 days per week, working 730am until 6pm all year round.

Salary up to £40,000 pa – depending upon qualifications and experience.

The Candidate for Nursery Manager role must have:

• A minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in a previous nursery setting, with at least 3+ years experience
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety
• Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff
• Be an excellent communicator and a team leader with a good understanding of the needs and demands of a day nursery
• Promote the nursery to current parents and prospective customers
• Support, supervise, train and appraise all staff to ensure delivery of high quality childcare
• Ensure the health and safety of the children, their parents, carers, the team and any visitors to the nursery
• Adhere to all health and safety policy and procedures
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Ensure that all complaints and concerns are actively resolved in a timely manner and that these are reported to the owner
