Opportunity for a L3 qualified Nursery Practitioners, Finchley, North London, paying from £30,000+ pa
Megalo Recruit is looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners (babies and Toddlers) to join an early years setting in Finchley, North London. Excellent pay from £30,000pa upwards, full time, permanent, 40 hours a week over 5 days.
Job Specification for Nursery Deputy Room Leader:
- Excellent salary from £30,000 pa, full time, permanent, 5 days a week
- These posts are to work full time / 5 days / 40 hours on rotating shifts, all year round (they only close Bank Holidays & 2 weeks at Christmas)
- Hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- Baby or Toddler room
- Min 1 year experience working
Skills required for Nursery Deputy Room Leader:
- Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
- Be able to work as part a team and lead a small team
- Clear DBS on update service and enhanced

Role Responsibilities for Nursery Deputy Room Leader include:
- Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
- Deputise a small team
- Live within a 30-45 minute commute

- Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
