Looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager
Megalo Recruit are looking for a passionate, dedicated candidate, who has previous nursery experience of working as a Nursery Deputy Manager in a medium sized nursery.
Job Specification for Nursery Deputy Manager role:
- Hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round, on a shift pattern.
- **JOINING BONUS OF £1,500 upon completion of probationary period!!**
- Located about 5 minutes from the local town centre, it has easy access to local bus routes and the train station. Commutable from Ascot, Windsor, and surrounding areas. A car parking space is given to Management, if you drive.
- Salary is negotiable, depending upon experience and qualifications, but FROM £28,000 pa for the right candidate.

Skills and experience required as Nursery Deputy Manager include:
- Have existing Deputy Manager experience or experience of leading a team essential
- Full and relevant Early Years qualifications
- Have proven natural leadership skills and be a team player
- Offer practical and up to date knowledge in best practice, safeguarding and compliance to support day to day operations
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
