Room Based Nursery Deputy Manager (preschool)
We are recruiting for a Room Based Nursery Deputy Manager in Stratford, East London, paying up to £38,500pa depending on experience and qualification level. You’ll be joining an established and welcoming new team. The nursery has a strong ethos which centres on an individualised child-first approach. The nursery is committed to holistic approach to education, combining care and sustainability.
Job Specification for Room Based Nursery Deputy Manager:
- Must be an experienced as a Nursery Deputy Manager or Third in Charge for Good or Outstanding setting
- Hold a full and relevant early years qualification L3 or above or QTS Status
- Clear DBS on update service and enhanced
- 40 hours per week
Skills required for Room Based Nursery Deputy Manager:
- Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
- Be able to lead and work as part a team
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
Role Responsibilities include:
- Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
- Lead a team
- Build relationships with children and their families
- Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
