Opportunity for Qualified and Experienced Nursery Deputy Manager (maternity cover)
Megalo Recruit is looking for qualified level 3 or above for room based Nursery Deputy Manager to join a nursery in Stanmore, London, paying a salary £37,900 pa to £39,000 pa depending on qualification level.
Job Specification for Nursery Deputy Manager:
- Salary £37,000 to £39,000pa
- Nursery Managers MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
- 40 hours per week
- Preschool room
Skills required for Nursery Deputy Manager:
- Must have a full and relevant NVQ, Cache, NNEB or equivalent LV3 early years qualification or QTS Status
- Good communication skills and proven experience working with Early Years age group
- Be able to lead and work as part a team
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety
- Experience working in a nursery or school setting and leading several Ofsted inspections at Good/Outstanding
- Maintain and grow occupancy levels/marketing
