We are seeking an experienced Nursery Chef that has experience in Early Years nutrition and food preparation for children 0-8 years, in the TW11 postcode area of Middlesex, who has a passion for cooking. Our Nursery Chef will oversee the complete running of the nursery kitchen and will be an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter who relishes working as part of a small kitchen team where high standards are expected.

Job Specification for a Nursery Chef to include:
- Full Time hours working an 8 hour day, Monday to Friday, all year round, working 7.30am until 6.30pm, on a shift pattern
- Previous Nursery Chef experience essential
- Easily accessible by public transport from Teddington train station
Nursery Chef Role Responsibilities include:
- The Nursery Chef will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with food suppliers and our accounting team when making orders and direct communications (email/verbally) to ensure all required food items are available in line with the menu.
- Working as part of a friendly team
- Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures
Nursery Chef Personal Specification:
- You must have previous cooking experience
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities
- Experience: Cooking for 0-8-year-old children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting

Salary: Excellent salary circa £28,000 pa, depending upon role. qualifications, knowledge, and experience as a previous nursery Chef.
