Opportunity for Level 3 Early Years Educators

Megalo Recruit is looking for Level 3 Early Years Educators for two separate nursery locations in Reading, Berkshire. Paying £13.00-£14.62ph.

Job Specification for Level 3 Early Years Educators:

Full time
40 to 42.5 hours per week over 4 to 5 days
Hold a full and relevant early years qualification at level 3 or above
Have valid full paediatric first aid
Clear enhanced child workforce DBS registered on update service

Role responsibilities include:

Build and nurture positive, trusting relationships with children, their families, and colleagues.
Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences that support children’s development.
Observe, record, and share children’s progress and development with their families through effective communication.
Take part in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Skills required for a Level 3 Nursery Educator:

Proven experience working in Early Years education, supporting children with a range of needs and abilities
Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework, with a commitment to safeguarding, health & safety, SEN and inclusion
Ability to deliver consistently high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for all children
Caring, approachable and positive team player who works well collaboratively and contributes constructively
Able to follow guidance while also using initiative and working independently when needed
