Opportunity for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner 

Megalo Recruit is looking for qualified level 3 or above Preschool Nursery Practitioner to join a preschool/nursery class in South West London. Salary from £30,000pa to £32,000pa.

Job Specification for Nursery Practitioner:

• Preschool age group 3-4
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (8-5 shifts)
• Hold a full and relevant early years qualification at level 3 or above
• Have valid full paediatric first aid
• Clear enhanced child workforce DBS registered on update service

Skills required for Nursery Practitioner:

• Experience working with preschool age group in a school or nursery setting
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work as part a team
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Health and Safety

Role Responsibilities include:

• Observe and plan for children following EYFS curriculum
• Build relationships with families and agency partnerships
• Maintain health & safety of children and follow safeguarding procedures
• Support individual child development goals
• Assessment & reporting to parents
